Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipment weight.
- Your order will be shipped using the rate that you select at checkout
International Shipping
- All International orders will be provided with a tracking number once posted via email

We currently ship to all countries worldwide (excluding any that Royal Mail will not ship to)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
- If you selected tracked shipping then once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information
- However if 'Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class' is selected then no tracking number will be provided
Packaging

All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if an issue occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

For damaged deliveries, we may request photographic proof.
Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the address.
Pre-Orders & Custom Items

Pre-order or custom-made products may require additional processing time. Estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page.
